Anger Management classes are typically recommended for individuals who struggle with anger-related issues, experiencing difficulties in controlling their anger or have faced legal or personal consequences due to anger explosions.

The main objective of anger management classes is to provide individuals with tools, techniques, coping skills and strategies to effectively manage and express their anger. These classes usually cover several topics which includes, Identification of triggers and early warning signs of anger, understanding the physiological and psychological aspects of anger, as well as exploring the negative consequences of uncontrolled anger on relationships, work, and overall well-being.

During anger management classes, individuals will learn specific skills and coping strategies to help them control their anger expressions. These may include deep breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, assertive communication, problem-solving strategies, and stress management techniques.

Anger management classes also provide a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for individuals to explore the underlying causes of their anger, such as unresolved trauma, unmet needs, or ineffective communication patterns.  facilitators can help Individuals gain more insight on the causes and work towards resolving them in a healthy manner.
